Background information
This event is targeted at lead commissioners, joint commissioners, contract managers, finance leads, trust PbR project leads, trust clinical leads, information analysts and anyone involved in developing care packages and care cluster tariffs.
It will be a full day event with registration opening at 9:00am for a 9:30am start. We hope to conclude at 4:30pm.
We would strongly encourage you to attend as the implementation of mental health PbR across London needs to be done with consistency and this is a great opportunity for anyone involved in this process to understand where they are in relation to other clusters and to identify any gaps. It is also an opportunity to speak with colleagues from other areas to discuss learning and best practice.
