Coaching Value Proposition
Nick's focus as a coach is on creating change for the individual and the organisation he or she is working with in a supportive and (appropriately) challenging manner. As a psychologist and psychotherapy practitioner, he is comfortable working on a broad range of issues - from enhancing self-confidence, developing the attitudes, values and beliefs required to lead, coping with transition and managing complexity to improving personal well-being. Regardless of the focus, he seeks to build on the client's particular strengths and encourage them to express themselves more fully and authentically in the workplace.
Nick combines a wholehearted belief in the capabilities and potential of the client with a passion for helping them develop their strengths and overcome barriers to becoming more successful, engaged and productive.
